Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

As a Receptionist/Admin Assistant at our client's PACE Center, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for participants and visitors. Your responsibilities include greeting individuals, managing calls, maintaining the reception area, and supporting office operations. Ideal candidates have a High School/GED education, front office experience, administrative skills, and bilingual abilities. If you are compassionate, organized, and enjoy helping others, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a difference. Key Responsibilities ● Greet participants and visitors with a friendly smile and check them in and out ● Answer and route incoming calls, take messages, and document interactions ● Keep the reception area neat, organized, and inviting ● Process incoming mail and packages efficiently ● Manage office calendar, schedule conference rooms, and assist with activities ● Schedule maintenance for equipment and report issues ● Support new hire onboarding and assist with day center activities ● Prepare reports and support audits required by regulatory bodies ● Provide administrative assistance on special projects Schedule and Shift Details ● M-F, 8a-5p 100% On-site Benefits: 401k with Employer match Your choice of 6 medical plans, with premium coverage of up to 80% for employees and 75% for all dependents Dental, vision, health savings account, flexible spending accounts, short- and long-term disability coverages PTO starting at 20 days per year; plus 12 paid holidays per year, and 2 floating holidays per year Generous CME/CEU budget and time off, and professional development opportunities One-time stipend towards setting up your home office (for remote or hybrid roles) Family friendly policies, including paid new parent leave!
