As an Outreach Specialist at our client, you will play a vital role in driving referrals for the PACE program, engaging with community partners, and promoting independent living for frail elderly individuals in Los Angeles County. This role requires strong healthcare sales/enrollment sales, networking and relationship-building skills. If you are passionate about making a difference in healthcare and marketing, this opportunity is for you. Key Responsibilities ● Drive sales and enrollment through outreach activities ● Build relationships with community partners for referrals ● Collaborate with Enrollment Specialist Team for successful participant enrollment ● Organize community events and deliver presentations to promote PACE program ● Track and maintain activities in CRM software ● Ensure compliance with DHCS and CMS regulations ● Develop marketing plans and enhance referral processes ● Attend evening and weekend events as needed ● Support Marketing and Outreach strategies Schedule and Shift Details ● Hybrid - Flexible schedule. 1-2/wk in community/office, rest remote. Will be required to attend events at night, weekends. Normally 8a-5p, M-F. Travel ● Local travel throughout the Greater Los Angeles Area. Your responsibilities include greeting individuals, managing calls, maintaining the reception area, and supporting office operations. Ideal candidates have a High School/GED education, front office experience, administrative skills, and bilingual abilities. If you are compassionate, organized, and enjoy helping others, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a difference.
